About

I am Natalie Orringe, Founder of Strategy + Impact, a specialist consultancy that helps leadership teams connect strategy, culture and communications to accelerate growth and navigate complexity.

I work either as an interim strategic resource or with an Associate team to deliver rapid, targeted impact—whether driving transformation, managing crisis or enabling scale.

My approach is based on an award-winning career in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors with experience that spans brand strategy, corporate communications and executive leadership.

Following early roles in agency and public sector communications, I co-founded and scaled Teamspirit PR to multimillion turnover and multiple industry awards. Since then, I’ve held senior marketing and communications leadership roles at global reputation tech company, Access Intelligence PLC; global think tank, the Institute of Development Studies; and as Assistant Chief Executive – Chief Marketing Officer at the London Borough of Newham. This was the first CMO appointment in a London local authority.

Throughout my career, I have sought to support others, particularly people from underrepresented backgrounds. This included as a mentor and advisor to early-stage Founders. This experience led to Non-Executive Director roles at campaigning group, Good Business Pays, and for Sussex Weald Homes.

Alongside, for the past decade, I’ve been Trustee and Chair of Together Co, the Brighton & Hove charity tackling isolation through the UK’s largest befriending network.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to three mammals—two furry, one not—and happiest by the sea.
